Asking for help is a sign of strength and courage.
Get Involved!
Do you know someone that could benefit from therapy?
We are in this together! You don’t have to have a degree in psychology to help a friend or a loved one that is struggling with mental health issues. You can share success stories to lift them up and encourage hope, listen to their problems, or be an anchor in a sea of doubt. Sometimes just knowing that someone is there is enough to make a difference. Connecting with a friend or loved one can be a rewarding experience. If you know someone who needs help please feel free to refer them to our resource page where they can find low-cost or free therapy.
Get Inspired!
Do you need proof that there is hope or have a success story to share?
Sometimes seeing is believing when you feel like there is no hope. We continue to collect stories to share with people who need to know that if the light at the end of the tunnel is a train, it is there to take us on a journey to self-awareness and recovery. If you need the inspiration to take the steps needed to get healthy in both mind and spirit check out these success stories! If you have a story you would like to share with us please contact us here.
